摘要
本文针对原有方法如人工式液体混合及继电接触器液体混合控制系统存在的不足,提出一种基于西门子S7-200PLC的液体混合控制系统的设计思路。给出了PLC控制系统的I/O口配置、硬件电路图和梯形图程序。本文中PLC系统具有很好的可靠性和抗干扰能力,不仅大大降低了系统的故障率,提高了生产效率,而且可在线调试,方便系统的升级改造。
The paper presents a design thought of liquid mixing control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC to improve artificial and relay-contactor liquid mixing control system. The I/O configuration diagram, hardware circuit diagram and ladder programs are given. In this paper, PLC system has high reliability and capacity of resisting disturbance. It not only reduces failure rate and enhances production efficiency, but also can debug on-line and favors system upgrade.
