摘要
目的:探讨浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的流行特征。方法:资料来源于浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区上报的2006年肿瘤发病与死亡资料,根据《中国肿瘤登记工作指导手册》以及国际癌症研究中心和国际癌症登记协会推荐的肿瘤登记原则和方法,进行资料的分类、审核和统计分析。结果:2006年浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区共报告新发病例20193例,恶性肿瘤粗发病率为256.38/10万,发病世调率为183.48/10万;死亡病例数为13082例,粗死亡率为166.10/10万,死亡世调率为112.41/10万。肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、食管癌、脑肿瘤和胰腺癌均排在发病与死亡的前10位。结论:肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤和乳腺癌应作为浙江省4个肿瘤登记地区肿瘤防治工作的重点。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the epidemic characteristics of the cancer incidence and mortality from 4 cancer registries in Zhejiang.METHODS：The data of cancer incidence and mortality were collected from 4 cancer registries of Zhejiang in 2006.The data were sorted,checked,and statistically analyzed according to ＂China Cancer Registration Guideline＂ and ＂Cancer Registration：Principle and Methods,IARC＂.RESULTS：Four cancer registries reported 20 193 new incidence cases,the crude incidence rate was 256.38/105,and the world age-standardlized incidence rate of Zhejiang Province was 183.48/105;and reported 13 082 new death cases,the crude death rate was 166.10/105,and the world age-standardlized death rate was 112.41/105.Lung,stomach,liver,breast,rectum,colon,esophagus cancers,brain tumor and pancreas cancer were the leading cancers in the rank of incidence and mortality in 2006.CONCLUSIONS：Lung cancer,digestive malignancies and breast cancer should be the major issue in cancer prevention and control in these 4 cancer registries of Zhejiang Province.The research for prevention and control of colorectal cancer,breast cancer,pancreas cancer should be enhanced.
