摘要
本文用光学和电子显微镜观察大白鼠垂体促性腺激素细胞分泌周期中细胞质内颗粒和液泡结构的变化。根据其变化特征,将垂体促性腺激素细胞区分为颗粒A型和B型、液泡A型和B型四类。随着促性腺激素的贮存和释放过程,这四种类型的细胞发生周期性变化。在激素贮存的早期阶段,细胞形态的变化主要与颗粒的变化有关,而在激素大量贮存和大量释放时,其相应的形态学变化则是细胞质内的液泡化和空泡化。因此作者认为:促性腺激素的贮存和释放与细胞质内颗粒及液泡结构的变化有着极密切的关系。
Struetural changes of granules and vacuoles in the cytoplasm of rat pituitary gonado-trophs during the hormonal secretory cyele have been investigated by light and electronmieroscopes. The gonadotrophs were described as granulated A type, granulated B type.Vacuolated A type and Vacuolated B type on the basis of granules and vacuoles changes.The 4-cell types of different morphological characteristics evolved in coincidence withthe process of synthesis, storage and release of gonadotropin. At the early stage ofhormone storage, the morphological changes mainly related to the changes of granules,while at the stage of huge amount storage and release of hormone, the concomitanlymorphological change mainly related to the vacuolation in the cytoplasm. It is suggestedthat the storage and release of gonadotropin is not only revealed by the granular changes,but also the vacuolar structure changes.
