摘要
现代农业对农药依旧有很大的依赖性,目前认为农药具有毒物的一切性质,即使微量也可对人体产生影响,干扰内分泌机能,引起性激素失常、性器官病变及某些病理性损伤如动脉硬化、子宫肌瘤、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等,因此农药引起的内分泌干扰成为了全球性的一个重大问题。介绍了当前农药的使用状况以及其对生物体内分泌的影响,为科学合理使用农药提供依据。
Modern agriculture still depends on pesticide which has all the character of the poison. Even if the trace can influence the organism, interfering with endocrine function, causing hormone disorders, genital and pathological lesions, such as arteriosclerosis, uterine fibroids, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and so on. Therefore, endocrine disrupting caused by the pesticide has become a major problem. The article describes the current Status of pesticide application and its impact on endocrine, to provide the basis for a scientific and rational use of pesticide.
