摘要
基于化工行业气态污染物的环境风险,分析了评价体系的演化趋势和路径;结合国内外环境风险的筛选原则,提出了综合风险表征方法;分析了毒性关注浓度的选择依据,并提出了设置首次隔离区、撤离区、隐蔽区、关注区、达标区等不同应急措施的环境风险防护距离的建议。
The developing trend and paths of risk assessment system are presented and analyzed based on environmental risk assessment of gaseous pollutants from＇ chemical industries.According to the screening principle of China and foreign countries, the integrated ecological risk assessment methodology is proposed.The identification basis of the critical toxic concentration is discussed and the environmental risk emergency response areas consisting of first separation zone,evacuating zone,in-site precaution zone,follow-up zone and attainment zone are proposed.
