摘要
利用F2分离世代和BSA法对与大白菜易嚼烂程度连锁的分子标记进行了研究,筛选到了与大白菜易嚼烂程度连锁的RAPD标记OPA061400,其遗传距离为24.8cM。
Using F2segregating generations and BSA method,the molecular markers linked to chewy degree of Chinese cabbage were studied.The OPA06-1 400was identified to be linked with chewy degree gene of Chinese cabbage.The genetic distance between the chewy degree gene and the RAPD marker was 24.8cM.
