摘要
混凝土叠合箱网梁楼盖是一种新型的楼盖形式,是由小型预制构件(混凝土叠合箱)与现浇混凝土肋梁结合成具有连续箱型截面的整体结构,具有底部平整、空间受力合理的特性。通过对网梁楼盖的3块不同高度的构件进行抗弯性能承载能力试验,得到了楼盖在受弯时的破坏机理、开裂荷载和极限荷载,给出了截面抗弯承载力计算方法,确定了肋梁作为T型梁计算时其上翼缘宽度取值方法,为此种新的构件形式的工程设计和使用提供了依据和指导意义。
Concrete composite box net joint floor is one kind of new-style floor.It is composed of small prefabricated component with the cast-in-place concrete rib beam which is characteristic of smooth feet and rational space stress.Through the load capacity test of three different size performance components,obtained are the failure mechanism,cracking load and ultimate load and given is the calculation method of flexural capacity.Also identified is the calculation method of its value on the flange width taking rib beam as a T-beam.The test and calculation provides the basis and guidance for the new form of engineering design of components.
