摘要
针对智能型万能式断路器产品通信功能可靠性出厂检验的需要,基于工业控制计算机和PLC,开发了一个自动测试系统。该系统能自动完成采用RS-485接口和Modbus协议的万能式断路器的遥信、遥调、遥测、遥控等功能的测试。该系统已在某公司万能式断路器装配流水线上试运行,效果良好。
An automatic test system based on industrial computer and PLC was developed for the reliability test of communication functions of intelligent air circuit breaker products. The system could be used to test the functions of remote signaling,remote adjustment,remote measurement and remote control of air circuit breakers with RS-485 interface and Modbus protocol. The system had been put into trial in the air circuit breaker assembly line of a company,and operated well in practice.
