摘要
本文以上海新国际博览中心为例,运用IPA分析法研究参展商对其提供的配套设施和服务的满意度。研究表明,参展商在停车场设施、餐饮设施、商业配套设施、医疗服务设施和通信网络服务设施方面满意度较低,鉴于此,本文提出了相关针对性建议。
This paper takes the Shanghai New International Expo Center for an example,by using the IPA method to analysis the exhibi-tor’s satisfaction on the assistant facilities and services of the venue provided by the exhibitors for their supporting facilities.Studies have shown that there are low satisfactions for the exhibitors in fi ve items.They are the parking lot facilities,dining facilities,business facilities,health care facilities and communications network services facilities.In view of this,this paper also supplies some specifi c related recommendations to enhance.
