摘要
目的探讨布地奈特联合氨溴索雾化吸入对AECOPD的排痰效果。方法将100例AE-COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组用生理盐水5ml+氨溴索30mg+布地奈特1mg氧驱动雾化吸入,2次/d,10～14d。对照组用生理盐水5ml+氨溴索30mg氧驱动雾化吸入,2次/d,10～14d。观察两组患者治疗前后的日排痰量、末梢静脉血氧饱和度、临床症状评分、肺功能、全身应用糖皮质激素总量、平均住院日及不良反应。结果两组比较各项观察指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),无不良反应发生。结论氨溴索联合布地奈特雾化吸入能促进排痰,改善临床症状,减少全身糖皮质激素用量,缩短住院日而且无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe effect of pulmicort with Ambroxol inhalation on AECOPD.Methods 100 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups（ the observation group and the control group） . The observation on group given pulmicort with Ambroxol by nebulizer,the control group given Ambroxol by nebulizer,bid,10 ～ 14 day. Results There were significant improvement of all sputum amount everyday, clinical symptonscore,SpO2,be in hospital days relevant paraneters of two groups after therapy（ 〈0. 01） . Conclusion It was markednes that the treatment effect of pulmicort with ambroxol inhalation of foggy on AECOPD.
