BMP4基因作为中国美利奴羊(军垦型)多胎性能候选基因的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以绵羊BMP4基因作为候选基因,以中国美利奴羊(军垦型)为研究对象,利用PCR-SSCP和基因测序分析BMP4基因5'UTR、外显子和3'UTR的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),研究该基因对中国美利奴羊(军垦型)高繁殖力的影响。结果表明,BMP4基因5'UTR和外显子不存在多态性,3'UTR存在6个碱基(ACACAC)插入/缺失,最小二乘分析表明6 bp插入/缺失对绵羊高产羔数的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),提示检测的BMP4基因座对中国美利奴羊(军垦型)高繁殖力没有影响。 BMP4 genes were studied as candidate genes by PCR-SSCP and sequencing methods in order to find the association between different genotypes of SNPs with high prolificacy in Chinese Merino (JunKen Type). The results showed that only a 6 bp insertion / deletion SNP (ACACAC) was detected in BMP4 3' UTR. LSM analysis showed no significant association was found between 6 bp insertion / deletion site with litter size in sheep( P 〉 0.05 ). These results indicated that BMP4 could not affect high prolificacy in Chinese Merino (JunKen Type).
