摘要
本文介绍了由单张EBSD花样确定晶体Bravais点阵的应用程序并阐述了其基本思路。首先利用从EBSD花样获取的菊池带宽度及方位角信息重构倒易初基胞,并根据带宽及菊池带之间的夹角建立超定方程组,求其最小二乘解,减小重构的误差。约化处理倒易初基胞得到倒易Bravais胞,再经正倒空间转换解析出正空间Bravais胞。程序可以自动标定并显示菊池带与菊池极的指数。
A computer program for Bravais lattice determination from single electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) pattern has been developed on the basis of several well-established algorithms.In the present approach,a reciprocal primitive cell is first reconstructed according to the information obtained from the width and azimuth of the Kikuchi bands in the EBSD pattern.The effect of the measurement errors on 3D reconstruction is minimized by using the least-squares of a series of overdetermined equations,which are established according to the width of the bands and the angle between the bands.Following the reduction procedures,the Bravais lattice in reciprocal space is determined and further transformed into that in real space.The indices of all Kikuchi bands and zone axes can be indexed and displayed by the program.
