摘要
论述了采用电刷镀技术在20CrMnTi合金结构钢表面制备Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的工艺条件,通过扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪等技术研究了热处理温度对Ni-P-SiC复合镀层组织结构的影响。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,复合镀层发生了由非晶态向晶态的转变,析出与Ni相共格的第二相Ni3P,镀层的硬度增加,400℃达到最大值;回火温度继续高,由于晶粒的粗化,复合镀层的硬度逐渐下降。
The technique conditions of preparing Ni-P-SiC composite coating on 20 CrMnTi steel surface using brush plating technology were reviewed.The effects of heat treatment temperature on microstructure of the composite brush plating were studied by SEM and XRD.The results show that: with the increase of tempering temperature,the composite plating layer changes from not-crystal to crystal,the second phase Ni3P is separated out,the hardness of the plating layer increases and reaches the biggest value at 400℃.Return to tempering temperature to heat up again,the hardness of the plating layer gradually decreases because of crystal grain turns thick.
