摘要
[目的]从文献学的角度揭示我国血浆置换治疗重肝学术研究水平和发展动态，为临床医学研究和科研管理部门提供信息服务。[方法]以“CHKD期刊全文数据库”为数据源，对国内各医药卫生类期刊1999-2009年发表的血浆置换治疗重型肝炎文献进行统计。[结果]1999-2009年血浆置换治疗重型肝炎文献共336篇，分布在140种期刊上，只有24篇获得有关资助，占7．14％。文献研究的主题集中于临床治疗和临床护理，发文量分别是269篇和60篇，各占80．06％和17．86％。[结论]从一个侧面了解了近11年来国内血浆置换治疗重肝文献的分布特点和科研状况，它将有助于专业科技人员利用信息并完成信息的转化。
[Objective]To reveal the academic research and developments of plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis in China by philology,in order to provide information for medical research and management, [Methods]The literature of plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis in China from 1999 to 2009 was ana- lyzed bibliometrically with CHKD as data source, [Results]336 articles were reported on plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis in China from 1999 to 2009. They were distributed in 140 magazines. Only 24 articles were funded（7.14%）. The subjects of the articles focused on clinical treatment and nursing care. 269 articles and 60 articles were published（80. 06 % and 17. 86 %）. [Conclusion] From one side to understand the distribution characteristics and research status of recent 11 years literature of plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis in China. It will help professionals to use information and complete the transformation of information.
