摘要
狼疮性肾炎病机是肾虚内热,瘀血阻滞。肝肾阴虚是其病本,虚热内生为其标。治宜清热解毒,活血祛瘀,补养肝肾。应立法补肾阴、滋肾水、清虚热、化瘀血。既补其不足之本,又解其虚亢之标。
The pathogenesis of lupus nephritis is kidney deficiency endogenous heat, accumulation of blood stasis. Accumulation of blood stasis is srperficiality, asthenia heat endogeny is origin. ExpeUing Qingrejiedu, promoting blood circulation, replenishing liver and kidney. Should enact legislation to kidney Yin, nourishing water, quiet heart heat of blood stasis. Both makes up foundation of its insufficiency, and JieQi xukang sign.
