摘要
以建构主义理论为基础,将网络技术与英语课堂教学有机地整合起来,可以构建网络环境下"学生为主体、教师为主导"的大学英语教学模式。该模式分为课前学习、课堂展示和课后反馈三个步骤,其目的在于探索一条既能充分体现学生认知主体作用、又能发挥教师主导作用的新途径。通过在山西财经大学2006级学生中试用的实验证明,该模式可以有效地培养学生的思维能力及英语综合运用能力。
This paper, based on constructivism, integrates modern information technology into English classroom teaching, and designs the college English teaching model with students at the central position and teachers as the leading role in the presence of network. This model includes three stages: before-class preparation, in-class presentation and after-class reflection with the goal of finding a new way of giving expression to students' cognitive role as well as putting teachers' leading role into play. The model was carried out in the experimental classes, Grade 2006 in Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. It was found that the new teaching model was able to bring students' initiative into full play and cultivate students' English integrated application competence effectively as well.
