摘要 生物学的研究对象是具有广泛多样性和层次性的生物系统,因此,对生物系统的研究需在多个层次上进行。纵观生物学的发展史,可以看出,生物学研究已经从种群、个体、系统、器官、组织和细胞层次,逐步深入到分子层次,开辟了生物学研究的崭新领域——分子生物学,这既是生物学发展的必然趋势。 Structural biolngy has made a rapid progress recently.The study of biological macromolecular structures is of significance to the understanding of its biological function.
