摘要
系统功能语法对语法隐喻的研究始自韩礼德,但是韩礼德对语法隐喻的讨论主要限于概念和人际两方面,对语篇语法隐喻持保留的态度。本文以语法隐喻理论为框架,分析梳理语篇隐喻理论,聚焦英语主位同等结构等五种常见的语篇隐喻体现形式。研究发现,语篇隐喻存在的事实性和理据性足以使其和概念隐喻和人际隐喻共同成为语法隐喻的重要组成部分,语法隐喻理论应该包括语篇隐喻。
Hallidayan grammatical metaphor can conventionally be dichotomized into ideational metaphor and interpersonal metaphor. The paper, based on grammatical metaphor, probes into the theories concerning textual metaphor, and then focuses on explorations on five typical realizations of textual metaphor in English such as Thematic Equative. It is found that the factual existence of textual metaphor proves that textual metaphor is an indispensable part of grammatical metaphor and coexists with ideational metaphor and interpersonal metaphor.
