摘要
神木县"全民免费医疗"自实施伊始就引起了国内外媒体的广泛关注与争相报道,本文通过对2009年5月—2010年4月期间国内外具有代表性的媒体报道资料进行文本研究,发现了2010年两会前后媒体报道观点的不同,并运用传播学中的几个重要观点来解释与分析出现这种变化的原因。综述国内外各大媒体对神木县"全民免费医疗"的报道情况,阐述这些报道在神木、国内和国际上引起的反响,在此基础上,总结媒体报道中所反映出来的热点问题并加以分析。
＂Free Health Care for all Residents＂ at Shenmu County attracted the domestic and international media＇ s attention at the beginning. Selecting the representative reports during May 2009 to April 2010 as the main object of the text study, this paper found the differences between before and after the ＂Two Sessions＂ were held, and analyzed the reasons of the differences with several important views on communication. It summarized the major domestic and international media＇s reports on ＂Free Health Care for all Residents＂ at Shenmu County and described the response made by these reports at Shenmu County within domestic and international areas. Based on all above, this paper made conclusion and analysed the hot topics presented by media reports.
