摘要
一个着眼长远的企业应当视人力资源为企业的第一资源,应当视人力资源为企业核心竞争力的基础。人力资源不只是企业人力资源部门的事,所有管理者,上至经理下到每个主管乃至员工都应承担人力资源管理责任。企业应该站在战略高度重视人力资源管理,建立完善企业员工培训体系,建立健康高效的激励机制,营造良好的企业环境。成长型的企业在快速发展之中急需各类人才的支撑,同时也为人才的脱颖而出搭建了广阔的空间和舞台。
The enterprise focused on a long-term development should regard human resources as the first resource,and the basis of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Human resources is not only the duty of the human resources department,but also for the managers include from enterprise as the primary it should be as human resources as the basis for the top managers to empolyees.an Enterprises should pay much attention to human resources management at a strategic height,construct a perfect employee training system,establish an incentive mechanism,create a favorable business environment.Growth enterprises need talents eagerly,and provide a stage for the talents.
