摘要
以某款驾驶室为依托,分别建立了摆锤和驾驶室的有限元模型及摆锤撞击的仿真模型,并对建立的基础模型进行了分析,通过对过程能量的验证证明了模型本身的正确性。通过对主要部件的变形与吸收能量的分析,总结出了影响碰撞结果的主要因素,并针对此点提出了改进结构。仿真分析证明,改进结构有效增加了假人的生存空间,提高了该驾驶室的安全性能。
For improving the safety performance of a heavy truck cab,We introduced the Economic Commission for Europe Regulation 29(ECER29) and its evaluation standard.Taking the cab of a truck as a research object,we established the pendulum and cab finite element model and pendulum impact model.Energy analysis verified correctness of the model.According to the analysis of the energy and distortion,we summarize the main factors which influence the impact result.Then,we put forward the improved structure.Simulation results show that the improved structure can increase the dummy survival space and the cab safety performance is improved.
