摘要
以淀粉糖苷表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,与现市场上的非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂复配,采用单因素法优化以淀粉糖苷表面活性剂为主复配水基金属清洗剂的工艺,探讨表面活性剂对清洗剂的洗油率,腐蚀性,渗透性能的影响,选出活性剂的最佳用量,确定清洗剂的最佳配方,并对其性能进行测试,结果表明该水基清洗剂洗油率高达98%,渗透性10 s,pH=8~9,腐蚀合格.
Taking the starch alkyl polyglycosides as major surfactant and mixing it with non-ionic and anionic surfactants available on market,the processing of water-based metal detergent was optimized by single-factor experiment with starch alkyl polyglycosides as major surfactant component in the formulation.The surfactant influence of dosage on removal of oil,rust,and permeability of the detergent was discussed and the optimum dosage of surfactant selected,the best formulations determined,and its property tested.The result showed that the oil removal efficiency was as high as 98%,its permeability was 10 s,pH=8-9,anticorrosion was eligible.
