摘要
对天钢第二炼钢厂转炉除尘水系统絮凝剂和阻垢分散剂进行筛选实验,结果表明絮凝剂选用聚丙烯酸钠具有投加量少、沉降速度快的优点,性能优于聚合硫酸铁和碱式氯化铝,更适合于二钢现场。投加聚丙烯酸钠的合适浓度为0.5mg/l。实验筛选出的由HEDP和三元共聚物复合而成的阻垢分散剂配方阻垢效果明显,其静态阻垢率大于90%,建议在现场应用。
The article describes experimental study on the screening of floculant and calculus-re-strained dispersing agent for Converter dedust water treatment system of the No. 2 Steelmaking. The result shows polyacrylic sodium as floculant has such advantages as less addition and faster deposition over poly-meric ferric sulfate and caustic aluminum chloride, which is more suitable for site condition of No. 2 Steel-making.The reasonable addition concentrition of polyacrylic sodium is 0. 5mg/l. The screened calculus-re-strained dispersing agent compounded from HEDP and tribasic copolymer has shown apparently positive ef-fect such as static calulus-restrained rate more than 90%, so it is recommended to put into site use.
