摘要
《扶持人口较少民族发展规划》实施以来,人口较少民族教育事业得到了很大发展。人口较少民族的教育发展面临诸多困难,是我国教育发展的重点和难点。随着我国加大对人口较少民族社会经济发展的扶持力度,人口较少民族教育事业面临发展机遇,国家和地方各级政府采取各种有效措施,促使人口较少民族教育事业全面发展,是人口较少民族全面建设小康社会的现实要求和各民族共同繁荣发展的本质要求。
In the new century,especially after the implementation of The Development Program of Supporting Ethnic Groups with Itnall Populations in 2005,education for ethnic groups with itnall populations has developed greatly.The development of education for ethnic groups with itnall populations faces many problems.It is the focus as well as difficulty in educational development of China.Meanwhile,the increasing support for economic development of these ethnic groups has provided an opportunity for their educational development.The government of the State and governments at all levels should adopt various effective measures to accelerate the overall development of education for these ethnic groups.This is both the need of those ethnic groups to build a well-off society in an overall way and also the essential demand for all nationalities in pursuing a joint development.
