An acid leaching process with introduction of oxygen is adopted for treating black copper produced during purification of copper electrolyte, and copper and arsenic thus obtained are used to make firstrate copper sulfate and arsenic white(As\-2O\-3 95%). Test and research about impact of various process parameters on separation of copper and arsenic are conducted. The direct recoveries of copper and arsenic by this process are 87\^10% and 68\^9% respectively.\=
