摘要
惠州抽水蓄能电站迈出了"促进抽水蓄能电站设备制造的自主化"进程的第一步,文章介绍了蓄能机组技术引进过程中几个重要方案的选择。同时,也介绍了如何将广蓄电站10余年的运行、检修经验及技改措施融入到惠蓄电站机组的招标文件中而对惠蓄电站机组招标过程提出了再认识,为今后其他蓄能电站项目提供了经验。
Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station is one of the technology-imported stations for Promoting the Independent Manufacture of Generating Equipments for Pumped-Storage Power Station in China. After learning from the experiences on operation, maintenance and technological improvement of Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Power Station in the past ten years, the tender design for Huizhou Station unit was formulated. The experience on tender design can be as references to similar projects.
