摘要
目的:探讨免疫功能低下患者肺结核的CT特征。方法:收集我院2008年5月至2010年1月期间70例免疫低下合并肺结核患者的CT资料,与同期住院的100例一般肺结核患者的CT表现进行对比。结果:免疫低下合并肺结核患者的CT表现以中重度浸润型肺结核为主,两肺广泛的实变阴影,伴多发性空洞及两肺结节。纵隔淋巴结肿大常见。与一般的肺结核相比,其影像学改变有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:免疫低下患者肺结核的CT表现有一定的特征性,有助于早期诊断和及时治疗。
Purpose： To evaluate the CT features of pulmonary tuberculosis in immunocompromised patients. Method： Radiological features of pulmonary tuberculosis in 70 immunocompromised patients during 2008- 2010 were compared with those of immunocompetent patients. Results： The CT appearances of pulmonary tuberculosis under immunocompromised condition were mainly serious infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, which were infiltrate consolidation, nodules and multiple cavities in bilateral lung fields. The lymphadenectasis in mediastinum was seen frequently. The CT features of pulmonary tuberculosis in immunocompromised patients contrasted sharply with those of immunocompetent patients（P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： The CT features of pulmonary tuberculosis in immunocompromised patients are worthy of our diagnosis and therapy in clinic works.
