用载体定量法鉴定中和剂对低浓度消毒剂中和效果观察 被引量:3

OBSERVATION ON THE NEUTRALIZING EFFICACY FOR LOW CONCENTRATION DISINFECTANTS WITH CARRIER QUANTITATIVE METHOD

摘要 目的研究载体定量法鉴定中和剂对低浓度消毒剂中和效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验程序鉴定中和剂对降低消毒剂试验浓度后的中和效果。结果用含5 g/L卵磷脂、20 g/L吐温80的磷酸盐缓冲液和含5 g/L亚硫酸钠、3 g/L卵磷脂、30 g/L吐温80的磷酸盐缓冲液,中和相对应的75%乙醇和20 g/L戊二醛消毒液,结果第1,2组全部无菌生长。用相同浓度的中和剂,可分别中和60%乙醇和16 g/L戊二醛消毒液,结果第1,2组长菌数符合规范要求。结论可用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对最低有效浓度的消毒剂进行中和剂鉴定试验。 Objective To study the neutralizing efficacy for low concentration disinfectant with carrier quantitative method.Methods Carrier quantitative bactericidal test was used to evaluate efficacy of neutralizer when the concentration of the disinfectant decreased.Results When neutralizers containing 5 g/L lecithin,20 g/L tween 80 in phosphate buffer and containing 5 g/L sodium sulfite,3 g/L lecithin,30 g/L tween 80 in phosphate buffer were used to neutralize 75% alcohol and 20 g/L glutaraldehyde respectively,there was no bacteria in group 1 and 2.Neutralizers with the same concentration were used to neutralize 60% ethanol and 16 g/L glutaraldehyde respectively,there was bacteria in groups 1 and 2,and the bacterial count fulfilled the specified requirement.Conclusion Quantitative bactericidal carrier test can be used for the lowest effective concentration of disinfectant to identify neutralizer.
