摘要
本文在分析赊购方违约风险及该风险对我国出口企业所产生的巨大危害的基础上,提出了运用风险管理理论及业务流程重组理论,对产生赊购方违约风险的出口业务各个环节进行全面的管理、控制,即实施赊购方违约风险全面管理方案,从而最大限度地减少出口企业因赊购方违约风险而导致的损失。
After analyzing the export credit risks an d great losses to China foreign trade companies,based on the principle of risks management and business process reengineering theory,my article suggests a solution to reduce the possible losses resulting from export risks on open account in foreign trade company to a maximum extent.That is to have all those segments which might generate the risks on open account under total management and control.
