摘要
在地下盐穴储气库多夹层岩盐水溶造腔过程中,不溶于水的夹层碎屑极易在盐穴腔底过量沉积,引起有效造腔体积减小、造腔速度降低,从而影响储气库造腔的质量和进度。为此,提出了高压旋转水射流冲洗碎屑的新方法,阐述了通过射流冲击作用和旋流作用,完成高效冲洗腔底碎屑的工作原理;根据多相流理论,建立了旋转射流冲洗碎屑数学模型,数值模拟研究了排量、颗粒直径和工具转速等参数对碎屑冲洗效率的影响规律。模拟结果表明:排量和颗粒直径是影响碎屑冲洗效率的重要因素,冲洗效率随着排量的增大而显著提高,随着颗粒直径的增大而明显降低;在一定条件下,存在最优工具转速,但随着颗粒直径的增大,工具转速对冲洗效率的影响逐渐降低。旋转射流法冲洗盐穴腔底碎屑能够有效提高碎屑冲洗效率,该方法为我国多夹层岩盐的快速、优质和安全造腔作业提供了一条新途径。
In the construction process of multi-interbedded rock-salt cavity with water solution,the interbedded insoluble debris is apt to excessively deposit on the bottom of the cavity,which leads to the reduction of cavity dimension and salt dissolution rate,thus the construction quality and the schedule of underground gas storage will be badly influenced.Therefore,this paper first presents a new method of debris cleaning based on jet-flow washing with high pressure rotating water,then explains its working principles by the jet-flow and rotational flow actions.Thus,based on the multiphase flow theory,a mathematical model for this new method is established.By use of this model,a numerical simulation is made on the influences of the parameters,such as flow rate,debris size,and tool's rotation velocity,etc.,on the debris washing efficiency.The simulation results show that ①flow rate and debris size are the main influencing factors,i.e.,the washing efficiency is greatly improved while the flow rate increases,whereas it is lowered down dramatically while the debris size increases;②the optimal rotation velocity exists under specific conditions,but the influence of the rotation velocity on the washing efficiency scales down as the debris size rises.As a conclusion,this new method not only effectively improves the debris washing efficiency for the cavern underground gas storage but provides a new way for facilitating the salt cavern underground gas storage made through multi-interbedded salt rocks safely,rapidly and with a high quality.
