成人正畸牙周炎患者龈沟液及血清中PAK5的检测与意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的检测成人口腔正畸并发牙周炎的患者龈沟液及血清中p21活化激酶5(PAK5)的含量,并探讨其与牙周炎发病机制的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测67例口腔正畸治疗过程中并发牙周炎的成人患者与40例未并发牙周炎的同期患者龈沟液及血清中PAK5的含量,分析PAK5的检出率及在牙周炎治疗前后的变化,探讨其与牙周炎发病机制的可能联系。结果正畸并发牙周炎患者龈沟液中的PAK5检出率及含量均高于未并发牙周炎者,牙周炎经治疗后龈沟液中的PAK5检出率及含量均降低,但较未并发牙周炎者仍为高;而血清中PAK5的检出率及含量两组之间及牙周炎组治疗前后均无显著差异。结论 PAK5的表达有可能参与了牙周炎的发病过程,在正畸性牙周炎的预防和治疗方面有可能成为新的靶点。
