摘要
利用空气低温等离子体对玉米秆表面改性,以提高其表面润湿性。采用接触角测定法探讨了低温等离子体处理对玉米秆表面润湿性的影响,借助SEM-EDAX和FTIR技术分析了处理后玉米秆表面形貌与成分变化。结果表明:空气低温等离子体处理对玉米秆表面处理后,可以对其表面进行刻蚀,去除弱界面层,在其表面引入大量的羟基、羰基、羧基等含氧官能团,从而提高玉米秆表面的润湿性。
The surface of corn stalk was modified by low temperature plasma to improve corn stalk's surface wettability.The effect of low temperature plasma treatment on corn stalk's surface wettability was analyzed by using contact angle,and the surface topography and compositional variation of the treated corn stalk were studied by employing SEM-EDAX and FTIR technique.The results show that after treated by low temperature plasma,the surface of corn stalk can be sculptured,and the weak boundary layer can be removed,and then the corn stalk's surface were covered with a large number of active functional groups such as hydroxide radical,carbonyl group and carboxyl,thus the wettability of the corn stalk's surface can be improved quickly and effectively.
