摘要
目的建立九阳参麒方的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中枸杞子和人参进行薄层定性鉴别;采用反相高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果薄层定性鉴别专属性强、重现性好;淫羊藿苷在0.03348～0.3348μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为2.03%。结论建立的薄层定性鉴别方法与含量测定方法可靠,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards for prescription of Jiuyangshenqi.METHODS The Fructus lycii and ginseng in the preparation were identified by TLC,the content of Icariin in the preparation was determined by RP-HPLC.RESULTS TLC has good specificity and reproducibility;The linear range of icariin is 0.03348～0.3348μg（r=0.9997）,the average recovery was 101.4%,RSD was 2.03%.CONCLUSION This method was reliable,and can be used effectively for the quality control for the preparation.
