摘要
陶岔渠首枢纽工程是南水北调中线输水总干渠的引水渠首,也是丹江口水库的副坝,主要承担挡水、南水北调中线工程引水、利用引水流量和闸上下游水位落差发电的任务。综合分析工程任务、建闸条件、老闸利用、工程运用模式等各方面因素,经技术经济比较选择了在初期工程下游70 m处重建方案,左岸主流道布置贯流式机组水电站、右侧布置引水闸,根据基岩的完整性和透水性在坝基和两岸山体采取了系统渗控措施。
Taocha hydro-junction project is the diversion canal head of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion and also the secondary dam of Danjiangkou Reservoir,and its functions are water retaining,water diversion,power generation by using diversion discharge and water head difference of the sluice.Through comprehensive consideration on the sluice function,sluice building condition,old sluice utilization,operation mode etc.and tech-economical comparison,the scheme of re-building the hydro-junction 70m downstream the original one is adopted.In the scheme,a tubular hydropower station is to be constructed on left bank and water diversion sluice on the right of the main canal.In the light of foundation rock integrity and permeability,the seepage control measures for dam foundation and mountain bodies on the bank are adopted.
