摘要
介绍了河南煤化集团中原大化公司50万t/a甲醇项目低温甲醇洗装置主冲洗泵的故障情况,分析了产生故障的原因,简述了泵的修复过程,对预防此类故障发生具有借鉴意义。修复后的主冲洗泵投用后运行良好,各项指标正常。
The failure of main wash pump device in 500 000 t/a methanol project in Henan Coal and Chemical Industry Group Zhongyuan Dahua Co.Ltd.was described,the reasons for failure were analyzed,repair of the pump was detailed,and measures were taken to prevent such failures.
