摘要
研究了由电收尘气流分选工艺收集的超细粉煤灰对高性能混凝土耐久性能的影响.试验结果表明:超细粉煤灰提高了高性能混凝土的抗冻性和抗渗性,掺UFA的高性能混凝土其单位面积磨损量均有不同程度的降低并具有优良的护筋性.超细粉煤灰可以改善高性能混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性,提高混凝土的耐久性.
The effect of ultra-fine fly ash(UFA) collected by electro-static precipitators and airflow classing technology on durability of high performance concrete(HPC) were investigated. Test results indicated that addition of UFA improved the frost resistance of concrete and impermeability,unit area abrasion value of high-performance concrete containing UFA reduced in different degree.It also had excellent protective bars performance. At the same time,UFA could improve the sulfate attack resistance of high performance concrete. In a word,UFA improved durability of high performance concrete durability
