摘要
准确把握新时期高校少数民族大学生的思想特点,开展行之有效的教育工作,是关系少数民族大学生成长、成才的关键。有的放矢地探索高校少数民族大学生教育管理的方法和新途径,乃是当前亟待解决的重要问题之一。
How to carry on effective education work aiming at the ideology of ethnic minority undergradu ates in the current times is important for the growing of ethnic minority undergraduates and turning them into useful persons. The problem waited to be solved at present is to explore a particular way and approach for educational administration of ethnic minority undergraduates.
