摘要
网络行政审批系统结合实际需求,构建了面向窗口工作人员的内网服务平台,面向系统服务用户的外网平台,面向系统管理员的业务管理、系统管理和数据交换平台,内网办理,内外关联。系统通过应用结构模型、工作流定义和分析、分层结构的设计和确定,来揭示网上审批业务过程的新特征。
The administration examination and approval system development is unifies the actual demand,has constructed face window staff＇s in net service platform;Face system service user＇s outside net platform;Face system manager＇s business management,system administration and data exchange platform;In the net handles,the inside and outside is connected.The system through the application structural model,the work flows the definition and the analysis,the stratification structure design and the determination,promulgates on the net to examine and approve the service process the new characteristic.
