鼻塞式CPAP联合氨溴索治疗新生儿重症肺炎疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察双管鼻塞式持续呼吸道正压通气(CPAP)联合氨溴索治疗新生儿重症肺炎的效果。方法 90例新生儿重症肺炎分为治疗组和对照组(各45例),对照组予一般治疗,治疗组在一般治疗基础上予鼻塞式CPAP联合氨溴索治疗,评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(<0.05),治疗组机械通气率低于对照组(<0.05),临床症状体征消失时间及住院日均较对照组缩短(<0.05),24h氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、pH值较对照组改善明显(<0.05)。结论鼻塞式CPAP联合氨溴索治疗新生儿重症肺炎疗效满意。
