摘要
以镨(Pr)粉末和三氯化硼(BCl3)为前驱体,用简单的一步化学气相沉积法在Si衬底上制备了大量的PrB6立方体状微米结构.用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了PrB6微米立方体的形貌、成分和结构.XRD表明:所合成的样品为简单立方结构的六硼化镨材料,空间群为Pm-3m,晶胞参数a=0.415 7 nm,且没有杂相出现;SEM表明:样品的形貌为规则的立方体,这些立方体状的纳米结构是由层状结构堆积而成.在1 200℃条件下考察了反应时间对PrB6微米材料形貌的影响,结果表明:随着反应时间的增长,材料形貌越来越规则.
A simple,one-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method had been utilized to synthesize PrB6 cubic-mircrostructure with Pr powders and BCl3 gas as precursors without any catalysts.The morphology,component and crystal structure of the PrB6 were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).XRD showed that the as-synthesized samples were simple cubic PrB6(space group: Pm-3m;unit cell parameter: a=0.415 7 nm) and there was no impurity phase.SEM revealed that the regular cubic microstructures were cumulated by layer structures.Finally,the effects of the reaction time to the PrB6 morphology at 1 200 ℃,which was evidenced by the morphology becoming more regular with the increasing temperature,were simply discussed.
