联合法乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检37例分析

摘要 目的评价乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)方法的可行性,分析影响检出率的相关因素。方法使用蓝色染料和同位素^(99m)Tc标记的硫胶体方法,对腋窝淋巴结阴性的37例乳腺癌患者行SLNB,随后作常规全腋窝淋巴结清除术,所有标本均行组织病理学检查,以腋窝淋巴结检查结果作为评价标准。结果 37例乳腺癌SLNB检出率94.59%,准确率为97.22%。结论联合法乳腺癌SLNB可以有效地预测乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移状况。
