摘要
以古希腊神话中的神来象征当今组织的性格,将企业性格分为四种类型:将权力由组织中心传递到整个企业的团体文化性格——宙斯型;强调组织层级结构的角色文化性格——阿波罗型;以项目为中心的任务文化性格——雅典娜型;以及听凭员工自由发挥的存在主义文化性格——狄奥尼索斯型。不同性格企业中的主体创新意识表现出明显的差异。
The paper uses gods in ancient Greek myth to symbolize the dispositions of today's enterprises which can be divided into four types:Zeus,the one that transmits power from the center of organization to the group cultural disposition of the entire enterprise;Apollo,the one that emphasizes role cultural disposition of hierarchical structure of the organization;Athena,the one of cultural disposition that takes project as the central duty;Dionysus,the one of existential cultural disposition that gives full play to staff members.Innovative consciousnesses of different enterprises display obvious differences.
