流固耦合作用下变速箱体噪声辐射特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 运用流固耦合有限元理论,建立了具有一定高度油液的某型车辆复杂变速箱箱体的有限元模型。在振动分析的基础上,运用边界元理论对某一工况下含有不同油液的箱体外声场进行了声学计算,分析得到了耦合作用下箱体的噪声辐射特性以及润滑油对箱体噪声辐射的影响规律。最后通过声强法测定噪声源声功率级的试验进行了验证。 The finite element model of complex gearbox housing,with some lubricant in it,is built.The fluid-structure coupling theory is employed.On the base of vibration analysis,the exterior sound field is calculated with the acoustic boundary element theory.Then the noise radiation characters and the influences of the lubricant on the housing are obtained.Finally,the simulation results are verified by measuring the sound power levels of noise sources by means of sound intensity method.
