摘要
介绍了汽车悬架圆柱螺旋弹簧应力分析的两种方法,一种是有限元分析法,另一种是实验法。通过两种方法的综合分析发现,悬架弹簧最大应力出现在从底端簧头开始0.5圈的整数倍处,从而可确立Cosmosworks方法对弹簧进行优化设计,使最大应力点转移与分散,以便提高弹簧的疲劳可靠性和使用寿命。
Two methods for stress analysis of automobile suspension cylindrical helical spring are introduced in this paper. One is FEA( Finite Element Analysis) ,the other is experiment measurement. The analysis shows that the maximum stress of the spring exists at the place where the integer times of 0. 5 ring starts from the bottom end of the spring. The Cosmosworks method,therefore,can be used to optimize the spring design to the shift maximum stress point and disperse the concentration stress,so that the reliability and the life of the spring can be increased.
