摘要
为获得深部巷道的合理支护方法,针对平煤四矿深部巷道,采用ANSYS软件,对被动支护、底板开放式锚杆组合拱支护、全断面预应力锚杆支护、关键部位加强支护等不同支护形式进行了对比计算分析。计算结果显示,支护阻力大于0.2 MPa之后对巷道变形的控制作用较小,仅通过提高被动支护阻力难以控制巷道变形;与底板开放式锚杆支护相比较,全断面预应力锚杆支护可显著减小巷道变形,利于围岩承载结构的形成;关键部位锚索支护可减小围岩应力集中程度,同时使深部围岩承担荷载,提高浅部围岩稳定性。综合分析得知,对于深部巷道需采用强化支护结构强度、调动围岩承载能力、关键部位加强支护、全断面预应力锚杆支护等手段。
To obtain a reasonable support method for deep roadway underground,numerical calculation has been made with ANSYS software for several support methods,including passive support,built-up anchor support by bolting with open floor,pre-stressed bolting support around the cross-section and reinforced support on the key position,aiming at deep roadway in the Fourth Mine of the Pingdingshan Colliery Group Co Ltd.The calculation results show,while the support resistance is more than 0.2 MPa,it has a little control on the deformation of roadway.It will be difficult to restrain the deformation of roadway only by increasing the passive support resistance.Comparing with bolting support with open floor,pre-stressed bolting support around the cross-section can remarkably restrain the deformation,which is favorable for the formation of supporting structure of surrounding rock.Bolting support on the key position can decentralized the stress of surrounding wall and transfer some part of load to the rock in the deeper mine,so as to improve the stability of surrounding wall at the shallow depth.It is known from comprehensive analysis that the active supporting technology including increasing the strength of support structure,actively making use of load-bearing capacity of surrounding walls,reinforcing support on key position,pre-stressed bolting support around the cross-section should be adopted in the support for deep roadway.
