摘要
温州民间资金是民间资金走势的风向标,也是观察民营经济投资是否启动的有用视角。要引导温州民间资金首先要明晰其规模、流向及特征,对其所起的作用及负面冲击要有客观的分析。对可引导民间资金存量、流量及其当前热衷投向与投资预期收益率要求等都要有一个清晰了解,在此基础上出台若干有的放矢的市场化管理的政策措施。本文对此试作一些探讨。
Wenzhou＇s private fund is the wind vane of private funds, and is also a useful angle for observing the investment in private economy. In order to effectively guide Wenzhou＇s private fund, we should have a clear mind on its scale, feature and flow, and conduct an objective analysis on its effect and negative impact. We should also have a clear understanding about the stock and flow of private fund, the attractive investment sectors, and the expected investment return, etc., and made policies and measurements on this basis.
