摘要
以往不明原因消化道出血以及慢性腹痛、腹泻等的诊断较为困难，通常需要全消化道钡餐、CT扫描、动脉造影、胃镜、结肠镜等检查，阳性检出率低，容易漏诊甚至误诊。胶囊内镜检查是一种无创性诊断方法，其操作简单，可获取胃肠道尤其是小肠的影像学资料。我科于2008年7月引进OMOM智能胶囊消化道内镜系统，并应用于临床，至2009年10月共对28例患者进行了检查，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。
