摘要
贵州白香猪为贵州特有的地方品种猪,本研究采用直接测序法对贵州白香猪BF基因外显子15、16、17的733bp进行多态性分析。结果显示,在第16外显子41bp处存在A→C的碱基突变,导致编码的氨基酸由谷氨酸(Glu)突变为天冬氨酸(Asp)。在贵州白香猪群体内检测到AA、AC和CC3种基因型,等位基因A和C频率分别为0.88和0.12。
Guizhou white pig is a special Guizhou pig breed native. In the present study, the polymorphism of exon 15 to 17 of BF gene about 733 bp was measured with the method of direct sequenceing in Guizhou white pig. The results showed that there was a transversion at nucleotide position 41 of BF gene in exon16 led to a conservative Glutamic-to-Aspartic substitution at amino acid position 14. AA, AC and CC genotypes were detected in Guizhou white pig population, the frequencies of allele A and C were 0.88 and 0.12 respectively.
