摘要
目的观察逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床效果。方法 93例患者分为治疗组和对照组:治疗组56例均采用逐瘀通脉胶囊进行治疗,同时采用治疗组的自身对照的设计方法,对比治疗前后效果及治疗组和对照组之间效应指标,评价疗效。结果逐瘀通脉胶囊总有效率为94.64%;血清胆固醇(CH)、甘油三酯(TG)变化指标,治疗组与对照组比较治疗前CH、TG比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组病例CH、TG均降低(与治疗前比较P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组差异有非常显著性(均P<0.01)。表示治疗组降血脂疗效优于对照组。结论逐瘀通脉胶囊,是治疗脑动脉硬化症的有效药物,值得在临床上应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of zhuyutongmaijiaonang in treating cerebral arteriosclerosis.Methods Ninety-three patients were divided into treatment group and control group.All the fifty-six cases in treatment group were treated with zhuyutongmaijiaonang with the designing method of self-comparison in order to compare the before treatment results with the ones after as well as the effect indicators and the evaluation between treatment and control groups.Results The effective rate of zhuyutongmaijiaonang totals 94.64%.There was no significant difference（P0.05） in CH and TG of treatment and control groups with the serum cholesterol and triglyceride variable indicators before the comparison treatment.However,after the treatment,two cases of CH and TG both decreased（compared with the one before the treatment P0.01）.The difference between treatment group and control group was significant（all P0.01）,which shows that the lipid-lowering effect of treatment group excels that of control group.Conclusion zhuyutongmaijiaonang should be an effective healer of cerebral arteriosclerosis and is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
