摘要
为了使板坯在轧机咬入之前温度均匀、表面氧化轻微,综合分析了目前常用加热炉的优点和存在的不足,设计了一种新型的钛及钛合金板材轧前加热装置。该装置的主体包括一个箱式辊底电炉和一个替换工作辊道组,它们可根据需要随时上线或离线移动。与其它加热炉相比,该装置距离轧机更近,板坯出炉后的运输时间更短,最终入轧机前的板坯仍保持高的加热质量。该装置除了可进行钛及钛合金板坯的轧前加热、快速补温外,还可兼顾部分成品退火处理。其生产模式灵活,大大提高了设备的利用率和生产效率。
In order to get the uniform temperature distribution of slab with slight oxidation,a new type of heating equipments was designed through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the traditional main furnaces.Its main equipments include electric roller hearth furnace and substitutable roller group which can be on-line or off-line as required.Compared with the other furnaces,it is closer to the rolling mill and spends less time to take the slabs out of the furnace and transmit them to the mill.Thus,the effect is satisfied.Titanium and titanium alloy slabs can be heated,and part of final annealing can be finished in the heating equipments.The utilization rate of equipment and productivity are raised due to the flexible production mode.
